    385 for 10 sets of 2 reps

Ultra wide sumo deadlift
    415 + 70lbs chain for 10 sets of 3 reps

Low Pully Pull-thrus
    50 for 4 sets of 15

Reverse Hyper
    230 for 4 sets of 12

Incline Situps
    25 for 100 reps
