  185 + monst mini x 3 x 8

225 x 15 close grip followed by 15 wide

Tricep press down
  110 x 8 x 3

Dips 2 sets 20 reps

Underhand grip lat pull down
  180 x 8 x 3

Side dumbbell raise
  25 x 8 x 3

Bus drivers w/ 45lb plate x 8 x 3

Forearm work w/ IronArms x 20 each way
