Sumo dead lift off 3" blocks
  worked up to 675 w/ just briefs 

T-bar row 4 plates x 8 x 3

Reverse hyper 410 x 15 x 4

Dumbbell lunge 70s x 8 x 3

Backward sled drag 
 3 plates for 4 trips 100 feet down & back

Hanging leg raises x 8 x 3
