Speed squats w/ med + small bands: 245lbs for 10 sets of 2 reps

Rack pulls, 4" off floor + quadrupled monster mini bands: 245lbs for 5 sets of 3 reps

Rope crunches: 70lbs for 2 sets of 12 reps

Leg curls: 135lbs for 2 sets of 12 reps

Cable pull-thru: 65lbs for 2 sets of 12 reps

Workout time: 1 hr 5 mins
